Where does the money go towards from my purchase?
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, 100% of the net proceeds of your purchase on marineliferescueproject.org goes directly toward Clearwater Marine Aquarium Research Institute’s mission to #RescueTheOcean. We specifically use this revenue to fund our work to protect and conserve our world’s fragile coastal ecosystems and the endangered species that call them home.
How do I log into my account?
To login to your Marine Life Rescue Project customer account, you will need to navigate to our store: https://store.marineliferescueproject.org. From there, you will click on the account icon in the top right of the screen next to the shopping cart. A pop-up will open asking you to sign-in or register a new account.
If you can’t remember you password, there is a “Forgot Password?” link you can click on to go through the process of resetting your password.
Orders
How do I find my order status and shipping information?
To find your order status, you will need to login in to your account at https://store.marineliferescueproject.org. From there, navigate to the “Orders” tab on the left side of the screen. In this tab, you will be able to see all of your orders and a status of “Processing” or “Completed” listed. When an order is marked as completed, it has been shipped.

When will my order ship?
Orders that are placed Sunday-Thursday will typically ship 1-2 days after your purchase date to provide you time to make any adjustments to your order. Orders that are placed Friday-Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 3-5 business days.
International Orders are shipped through USPS International First Class and arrive within 14 business days (dependent on the country and potential custom delays).
How do you calculate shipping costs?
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail and USPS International First Class on marineliferescueproject.org. Our online store automatically calculates shipping costs using real-time USPS pricing.
I live outside of the U.S. Do I need to pay for custom fees?
Marine Life Rescue Project™ and Clearwater Marine Aquarium Research Institute are not responsible for additional import duties, taxes and customs fees/charges. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover these charges and fees.
How do I make an online return or exchange?
Most unopened items in new condition returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.
Please mail your online return to 1415 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756 with your request for a return or exchange.
- Exceptions: Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited and other restrictions may apply.
What if my item is damaged or broken?
We do our best to ensure items are safely packaged and damage-free. If your item arrived broken or damaged, please contact us at sales@rescuetheocean.org. We will offer a refund or exchange in its place. If you choose to do a return, you will receive your refund through your original form of payment.
